On 3rd October 2023, Next became the host of the new Joules website on our new platform. Please see below for information on how to return orders before this date.
For orders placed before 3rd October 2023:
Returns in respect of orders placed online before 3rd October 2023, must be made within 14 days from receipt of the items, in line with Joules previous Returns Policy. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Simply return your items using your dispatch note as you would normally. If you no longer have your returns note please send your items back using our Royal Mail portal https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return, and complete the prompts on screen.

It’s completely FREE to return your items to any Joules Store or one of the 500+ Next Stores! No label required - the store assistant will simply scan your items at the till. Collection from home |
Via our Evri Courier Collection Service Collections from home are available Monday to Saturday, and can be booked up to 7 days in advance. A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return. To arrange a collection please follow these simple steps:

A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return. To return to a ParcelShop please follow these simple steps:
Please keep hold of your tracking receipt. We’ll email to confirm the collection and let you know when we’ve credited/refunded your items. *If you request a courier to collect any items from home or return using a Evri ParcelShop, a £2.50 return charge will be applied for each collection made by our courier, regardless of the number of items collected. If you paid for the order by credit/debit card or PayPal, any charges will be deducted from your refund. If you return the whole order the £4.95 delivery charge will be refunded.
