How do I return an online order?

The below options are available to Online purchases only - if you have made your Joules purchase in one of our stores, please return the item to store for your refund.

Store Purchases
If you have purchased or ordered in-store, you will need to return the item(s) back to one of our Joules Stores for a refund.

Concession Purchases
If you have made a purchase from a concession store within a Next Store, the items can be returned to the concession store or any other Next Store. No label required, please just remember your proof of purchase and our store staff will be happy to help.

Big Show Purchases & 3rd Party Purchases
Items purchased from our Badminton or Burghley Big shows, you will need to return the item(s) back to one of our Joules Stores for a refund.

Items purchased from third party sites need to refer back to the third party for any returns or queries relating to the purchase.  

Online Orders
We are pleased to offer completely FREE and immediate returns to any Joules Store. If a Next Store is more convenient to you, we have partnered with them to receive Joules returns and to arrange refunds in their stores.

Alongside our free in-store returns, you can also arrange for a return via courier. These can be collected from your home or via your local Evri Parcelshop or locker. There is a collection charge of £2.50 per parcel which will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.
 

Joules or Next Store	It’s completely FREE to return your items to any Joules Store or one of the 500+ Next Stores! No label required - the store assistant will simply scan your items at the till. Collection from home	Via our Evri Courier Collection Service Collections from home are available Monday to Saturday, and can be booked up to 7 days in advance. A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return. To arrange a collection please follow these simple steps: Login into ‘My Account’ and select “Arrange a return”. Place all items into one parcel bag with the despatch notes inside of your parcel. Attach one returns label to the outside of the parcel (regardless of the items coming back). Have your parcel ready to hand over to the courier on the day of collection. Evri ParcelShop	To your local ParcelShop With over 8,500 locations and open 7 days a week, Evri ParcelShop offers an eco-friendly way to get your parcels back to us. A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return. To return to a ParcelShop please follow these simple steps: Place all items into one parcel bag with the despatch notes inside of your parcel. Attach one returns label to the outside of the parcel (regardless of the items coming back). Take your items to the nearest ParcelShop, follow the instructions on the Evri self service terminal, and then hand your parcel to the shop assistant Please keep hold of your tracking receipt. We’ll email to confirm the collection and let you know when we’ve credited/refunded your items. Click here to search for your closest Parcelshop. Evri Locker	To your local Evri Locker With over 1,500 locations and available 24/7, Evri Lockers offer an eco-friendly way to get your parcels back to us. A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return. To return to an Evri Locker please follow these simple steps: Place all items into one parcel bag with the despatch notes inside of your parcel. Attach one returns label to the outside of the parcel (regardless of the items coming back). Take your items to the nearest Evri locker, scan the returns label to open the locker and place your parcel inside, closing the door securely Please keep hold of your tracking receipt.
